Saint Andrew’s Neighbors Feeding Neighbors, Holy Hikes, and further involvement with the Episcopal Campus Ministry

The first Holy Hike!

The first Holy Hike!

Jess has been supporting ministry areas that span from food to liturgy to relational leadership in their two placements, Saint Andrew’s and Episcopal Campus Ministry. They wrote this inspiring piece that I commend to you about her time so far with Saint Andrew’s feeding ministry, Neighbors Feeding Neighbors, which they have helped to expand to more senior apartment facilities, and to make participation accessible to different parishioners by offering more volunteer slots throughout the week. Check out their reflections:https://annawoofenden.com/2019/10/04/on-abundance-and-the-agency-marketplace/

Jess has also spearheaded an effort to invite all three of the Tucson Episcopal Partnership entities into shared liturgy using a format called Holy Hikes. Look out for their next hike and follow them on Facebook: Holy Hikes: Southern Arizona. The hikes happen monthly, let me know if you are interested!
