Saint Philip’s annual vaccine clinic will take place 8:15am-11:15am on Sunday, October 1. All appointments will be in the Murphey Gallery.

A member of Saint Philip’s Health Cabinet (and a retired nurse), Cynthia Guldberg, will be at a table near the Fish Pond Garden 9:00am-11:00am this Sunday, September 24, to schedule appointments.

The following vaccines will be offered:

  • Standard dose for flu

  • Quadrivalent high-dose for adults over 65 years of age

  • Pneumonia

  • Shingles*

  • COVID-19 booster

  • RSV* (Respiratory Syncytial Virus)

  • Tdap* (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis)

*If you wish to get a Shingles vaccine, Tdap, or RSV you must indicate that at the time you schedule your appointment.

You may receive two vaccines at the same time. For example, the flu and shingles vaccines or the flu and COVID-19 vaccines.

Print and fill out the 2-page form (below) and bring it and your insurance cards with you to the visit. If you plan to get a COVID-19 vaccine, then bring a copy of your COVID vaccine card, too. Being prepared will save time on October 1 and allow more people to receive vaccinations.
