St. Philip's In The Hills Episcopal Church Library

HOW TO USE THE LIBRARY

All of the books are available for parishioners to check out except those with a "Library Use Only" sticker on the back. There are a number of reference books available for use only in the library. There are three, white notebooks on the main table to assist you in locating a book. These are the Author, Title and Subject Lists. Locate a book in any of the lists and a call number will be given, such as BT 452.1. This is how you will find the book on the shelves. The shelves are organized alphabetically and by number with each alphabetic group.

A book may be checked out by removing the book card from the pocket in the back of the book and writing the date, your name and telephone number on the card. Then, place the card in the cardboard box marked CHECK-OUT CARDS. When returning books, place them on the bottom shelf on the east side of the central bay.

LIBRARY LOCATION

The Library is now located just East of the Church building fronting on the fish pond garden. See the picture on the Library Page.
