You are invited to join in the many Adult Formation Ministries opportunities for study, prayer, and discovery at St. Philip's In The Hills. All are welcome!

Quest. Are you yearning to explore your spiritual journey in a safe and welcoming place? This popular series at St. Philip's is especially recommended for newcomers and seekers desiring to explore their faith and journey more deeply. (S) Six sessions, with multiple series offered throughout the year. Call Greg Foraker at 299-6421, ext. 67 for more information.

Bible Study/Intercessory Prayer Cell Group. Following an opening period of prayer, this multi-generational group studies the Bible through a variety of scripture resources. New members are always welcome. (T) Fridays at 11:00 a.m. Contact Gail Freyer at 797-9055 for more information.

Centering Prayer Meditation Group. What is as old as Christianity, brings joy and peace to those who practice it, and is the best-kept secret in the Church today? Centering Prayer Meditation is the natural progression of our prayer life towards a deeper experience of God. (S) Thursdays at 7 p.m. - Ongoing.

Children of Divorce. Classes are held at St. Philip's three times each year for children kindergarten through teenage and a parent. (M) Eight Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. Call 297-6098 for more information.

Create and Rejuvenate with Clay. Express your creative impulses and deepen your experience with clay as you explore your inner journey in our new St. Philip's Pottery Studio. (S) Held in Pottery Studio (Children's Center Room 5).. Call Pamala for information and to enroll (790-7061).

Daughters of the King. By reaffirming our vows made at Baptism and Confirmation we pledge ourselves to a life-long program of prayer, service, and evangelism. (M) 2nd and 4th Mondays at 10:15 a.m. Ongoing.

Education for Ministry (EFM). The EFM program provides people from all walks of life with the education "to be" Christians and to carry out their ministry. (T) Contact Bev Edminster at 885-4266 for more information.

Grief Recovery: What to do with Loss. A practical class in grief recovery based on the writings of John James and Russell Friedman. Doris King, R.N. presenter. (M) Twelve sessions. Call 275-1179 for information regarding this class. (Cost of class $250).

Literati. A book discussion group that meets once a month for literary reflection and conversation. (T) Contact Beth Brouillette, beth.b@comcast.net or 729-2297 for more information. Second Mondays at 7:30 p.m.

Men's Tuesday Evening Bible Study. Men of all ages are invited to study the Gospel of John in this welcoming small group. members share in facilitating free-flowing discussion with the Serendipity Bible study series. Men's Spiritual Journey Group. An opportunity for men, in a safe and conficential environment, to explore what "spiritual" means in our lives. An unkown source proclaims: "The longest journey of any person is the journey inwward." Facilitators, the Rev. Cliff Blinman and Bill Oyler, invite you to join them and other members of the group, in seeking meaning and purpose for life. (S) Every other Wednesday at 7 p.m. continuing December 6 . - Ongoing.

Prayer Shawl Knitters. This group knits shawls for anyone who needs prayers, those who are celebrating, as well as those who are having troubles. All knitters and crocheters are welcome. (M) Third Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.. - Ongoing.

Senior Exercise. Low impact, high energy workout with music to move you. (S) Mondays and Thursdays - Ongoing. (Cost $2 per session or $10 per month)

Tuesday Morning Bible Study — Psalms: A Journey of Praising, Protesting, Praying. Facilitators Richard Kuns and Ralph Taylor welcome all to this study group. (T) Meets Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. - Ongoing.

Women's Spirituality Group. Join this continuing group of feminine seekers of wisdom to share your spiritual journey. Group members prepare and present content to invite sharing and discussion.
