Centering Prayer
Centering Prayer is sitting in silence with God (Presence). One gently releases
each distracting thought. Silence is essential to spiritual awakening. Through
breathing in and out, God's love is received and sent outwards to others. Sometimes
the entire time is spent with releasing one thought after another. This letting
go of our thoughts is a vital part. Through this practice, we learn to let go
of our anger, fear etc. In time, we are filled with Inner Peace. This practice
has the potential to enhance our sense of Loving Presence, which helps to give
us a loving heart towards each other. Our weekly time together in silence and
sharing strengthen us. Our inner awareness makes us conscious that we are always

Exercise This gentle, low-impact workout involves standing and sitting
