If you would like to reserve space at St. Philip's for a meeting or special event, please click on the links below to open printable versions of the Facilities Use Request Form and the Policies for Community Use of Facilities. Please print the request form, complete all requested information, and return the completed form to St. Philip's In The Hills Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 65840, Tucson AZ 85728-5840. Phone or e-mail requests will not be processed.
