TO THE PEOPLE WHO WRITE FOR THE ANNUAL REPORT, 2005
Please observe the following guidelines:
- There will be many sections of this report, and it will be long. To that end, please
try to limit your section (20s/30s Network, Border Issues, Preservation and
Endowment, etc.) to 250 words or less.
- Write about what your group has accomplished during the year and what your plans are for the upcoming year. Try to avoid naming all the people who participate in the group.
- Send your section of the report to your liaison clergy as early as possible so they can confirm it and send it to Mary Baker by December 9.
- Please provide all photos in digital format. They should be cleared with the liaison clergy and sent to Eric Galbreath at eric@eyelinkdesign.com by Friday, December 17.
- Avoid using first person (I, me, we, us, our) and second person (you, your) in this report.
- Here are some quirks:
St. Philips has one l and an apostrophe.
St. Philippians has one l, two ps and no apostrophe.
Vestry is capitalized.
Dates are written month, day, year (example: December 25, 2004)
Thank you for your help. If you have any questions, please send an email to Mary Baker at lonsdaleaz@earthlnk.net.
